He was always ahead of the game and working hard for me. It was like having a very trusted friend, with my best interest in mind working on my side. He got me exactly what he said he would! He made the process as easy as he could. The technology they use and how they present a sale is fantastic. He also helped with additional issues I had at the house to help get the house ready for sale and sold. He knows and understands the market and kept me informed the whole way through. I live on the East coast and engaged Chris because I liked the number of homes he was selling in a short period of time.

Not being familiar with CA real-estate rules/laws I think I may have been shorted a little. CA real-estate processes are entirely different than out East. However bottom line Chris sold my house as contracted. We were communicating all the time, he was responsive to my questions. Would I hire him again? Absolutely!

!! I was with another agent and the house was just sitting for almost 45 days and we really needed to sell quickly as my husband had already got a transfer out of state. I like them all, but Chris was persistent about earning my business and that's exactly who I wanted negotiating offers for me.
Chris and his whole team were amazing.
They made the process very simple and easy for us to deal with. When you have to sell a home all you can think of was about open houses etc. it is very overwhelming and with Covid-19 we had no idea how this all would work out, but it was great how they notified me of any time there was going to be a showing, even a day or to before which was so nice. I would differently recommend him and the team for both buying and selling.
My realtor Tina was very accommodating.
I had only certain days to look for homes and she would list 4-5 homes to look at. As I saw several houses online or in person my wants would change and she would say alright and the next week she would have me look at those. I was about to agree with my husband and restart looking next year. She didn't get mad or try to convince to keep looking. She held my hand. The last house we looked at had a-lot of my wants.
